Tonight I shed tears for the amount of pain I caused my fellow-man because I too was hurting. As it was revealed to me I am a hurt individual, the reality that hurt people hurt people, really set in.
So I say to all that may have crossed my path and experienced the wrath from a broken individual I AM SORRY……

Im so overwhelmed with emotions just the fact that it hit me today and now i feel a weight off and forgiveness flowing thru my bones because the ones who hurt me i now understand
